The Riga City Court has declared legal protections against the Skonto Buve construction company and approved a plan of steps to be taken to ensure legal protection. This was reported in Lavia’s Insolvency Register.
The deadline for the implementation of legal protections has been set two years from now. The court ruling was handed down on March 18.
The Firmas.lv portal reports that according to the State Revenue Service, Skonto Buve has no outstanding tax debt.
LETA reported last November that the court had launched a case of legal protection proceedings against the company.
