Rietumu Banka has issued a EUR 3.9 million loan to ABC Parking for the acquisition of the Jēkaba Kazarmas parking complex, the bank told LETA.
ABC Parking will acquire 100 percent of the share capital of Jēkaba Kazarmas from Jēkaba Arkāde.
ABC Parking is owned by the Energy and Infrastructure SME Fund, which is managed by Lithuania-based Lords LB Asset Management.
The Energy and Infrastructure SME Fund was established in 2016. It is a closed-end investment fund based in Vilnius, focusing on energy and infrastructure projects in the Baltic States and Poland. Lords LB Asset Management, established in 2018, focuses on real estate and private equity investment strategies.
According to Firmas.lv, ABC Parking was founded in 2024 with a share capital of EUR 2,800. The company is owned by Premium Parking, which is registered in Lithuania.
Last year, Jēkaba Arkāde reported a turnover of EUR 554,864 and a profit of EUR 125,407. The company was registered in 1999 and has a share capital of EUR 1,697,486. Jēkaba Arkāde has been fully owned by ABC Parking since April.
Rietumu Banka posted a profit of EUR 12.882 million in 2024, while the Rietumu Banka Group’s profit reached EUR 13.15 million.
Rietumu Banka is the fifth-largest bank in Latvia by assets. The bank’s main shareholders are Esterkin Family Investments (33.12 percent), Boswell (International) Consulting Limited of Malta (33.11 percent), and Suharenko Family Investments (17.34 percent).
