Ireland’s low-cost airline Ryanair has announced plans to launch flights in June from Lithuania’s second city, Kaunas, to Pescara in Italy.
“This will be Ryanair’s sixth route from Kaunas,” Simonas Bartkus, CEO of Lithuanian Airports, posted on Facebook on Tuesday.
The nonstop flights will start on June 4 and operate twice a week.
During the summer season, Ryanair also offers flights to six other cities in Italy – Bergamo, Milan, Pisa, Bari, Naples and Rimini.
