ISWM Hotel LT, an investment management company, has been established in Vilnius by ISWM Real Estate Fund Raif, a real estate investment fund managed by Cyprus-registered ISWM Asset Management.
According to the data of the Center of Registers, the new company was established on Monday. Its registered address is 68 Naugarduko Street, Vilnius, and Andreas Michail, a Cyprus national and the head of ISWM Asset Management, has been appointed at its CEO.
ISWM Asset Management says on its website that it is an independent alternative investment fund manager “offering its customers portfolio management, risk management, fund administration services for a range of investment strategies”.
According to the website, the key areas of focus of ISWM are real estate, construction, hospitality and finance, with proven track record in the UK, the Netherlands, Cyprus and Ukraine.
The Articles of Association of Lithuania’s ISWM Hotel LT state that the company’s authorized capital is 1,000 euros.
