Vilnius has won an international arbitration case against the French group Veolia and its subsidiary Vilniaus Energija (Vilnius Energy) as an arbitral court has awarded the city more than 83 million euros worth of assets and funds, the Vilnius Municipality said on Friday.
The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce has awarded more than 61.5 million euros and 21.5 million euros worth of assets to the Vilnius City Municipality and Vilniaus Silumos Tinklai (Vilnius Heat Networks) from Veolia and Vilniaus Energija.
