At its session on 8 December, the Tallinn City Council elected Peeter Raudsepp as Mayor and approved the new City Government.
In the 79-member City Council, Peeter Raudsepp received 46 votes in favour. A total of 74 councillors took part in the vote.
Since 2023, Raudsepp has headed the Estonian Institute of Economic Research. Previously, he led the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency (EAS) and several international companies, including Rautakesko, Eesti Post, and Werol Tehased AS. He graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in economics and credit. Raudsepp is a member of the Isamaa party.

- Deputy Mayor Monika Haukanõmm (culture and sports)
- Deputy Mayor Tiit Terik (law enforcement, urban planning, municipal property)
- Deputy Mayor Andrei Kante (education)
- Deputy Mayor Joel Jesse (transport)
- Deputy Mayor Riina Solman (social affairs and healthcare)
- Deputy Mayor Kristjan Järvan (municipal services and entrepreneurship)
