SOFTSWISS, an international tech brand with its partner development centres in Warsaw and Poznań, looks back on 2025 as a year of steady growth, community engagement, and meaningful initiatives across Poland. Over the past year, the company continued to invest in people, innovation, and social responsibility, strengthening its role within the local and international IT ecosystem.
In 2025, SOFTSWISS continued to expand its team in Poland, reaching more than 900 specialists and bringing the company’s global workforce to 2,100 professionals from 53 countries. Alongside business development, SOFTSWISS launched and supported projects spanning education, technology, social initiatives, and employee well-being, reinforcing its long-term commitment to sustainable growth and people-first values.
One of the flagship initiatives of the year was the second season of the SOFTSWISS Summer Kids Camp. Held on the shores of Lake Jeziorsko in Poland, the 11-day programme brought together over 100 children of SOFTSWISS employees from more than 11 countries. To create a unique experience for kids, the programme included activities such as career guidance and programming sessions.
The long-term impact of the initiative has also gained external recognition, building on the success of previous Kids Camp events, as SOFTSWISS won the Eventex Award 2025 in the Corporate Event category for its 2024 Summer Kids Camp, placing SOFTSWISS alongside global brands such as Disney, Nike, and Netflix.
Community engagement in 2025 was not limited to internal initiatives. The year also marked the launch of a new community-driven initiative, the SOFTSWISS IT Picnic in Warsaw. Designed as an open-air, edutainment-style event for IT professionals, the Picnic combined short, practical tech talks with riverside networking and informal discussions. Bringing together around 400 participants, the event created a relaxed yet professional environment where learning, connection, and the exchange of ideas came naturally.
Innovation inside the company remained a key focus in 2025. In October, SOFTSWISS held an internal IT Hackathon that brought employees together to compete for a total prize pool of €20,000. The event involved more than 45 hours of intensive teamwork around real business challenges. The hackathon strengthened the company’s collaborative culture, where teams turn ideas into real outcomes and every voice is heard.
“This year, we strengthened the culture of creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity through initiatives that bring people together, support development, and spark new ideas. And this is exactly how we live our WE SEE PEOPLE value: we invest in projects that help our teams thrive, and we build a community where every contribution matters,” said Sergey Kastukevich, Deputy Chief Technology Officer at SOFTSWISS.
Alongside professional growth and innovation, SOFTSWISS continued to strengthen its work-life balance culture in 2025. The company supported employee participation in local and international sports initiatives, from city games and marathons in Warsaw, Poznań, and Tbilisi to competitive rowing events at an international level.
Beyond sports, educational and community events, SOFTSWISS continued to support social initiatives, including the Pink October and Movember campaigns. Through these movements, the company focused on raising awareness of employee health while also sharing knowledge and encouraging open conversations both within the organisation and across the wider industry.
SOFTSWISS is committed to supporting its employees, nurturing their motivation, and bringing teams together around shared goals. By building a culture where collaboration is encouraged and every voice is heard, the company’s approach has been reflected in its ongoing recognition as Europe’s Employer of the Year 2025.
