Olerex has opened the Vao Center, comprising a 22-room business hotel and a restaurant with 130 seats, on the outskirts of Tallinn, becoming the first fuel seller in Estonia to venture into the restaurant and accommodation business.
Located at the Vao traffic junction on the Tallinn ring road, the 2,000-square-meter center aims to meet the growing market demand for high-quality services for businesses, their foreign guests and workers. 22 one-bedroom and two-bedroom guest apartments were established on the second floor of Vao Center, equipped with all necessities for a comfortable stay. Residents also have access to a well-equipped gym and sauna complex, and an open sun terrace available in summer.
“There’s a significant demand in Estonia for a new type of accommodation concept. We see that companies are looking for places to accommodate their frequently traveling employees, remotely working experts who occasionally need to visit the company’s headquarters, as well as foreign guests or foreign labor staying longer,” head of Vao Center Elis Kaurson said.
Besides guest apartments, the center is distinguished by the region’s largest and most modern community restaurant Solm, suitable for business meetings, conferences, events, or simply spending time with family and friends.
In addition to guest apartments and the restaurant, Vao Center also features Estonia’s most modern fully automatic truck wash and a full-service station offering classic fuel services.
Olerex, the largest local fuel retailer based on Estonian capital, was founded in 1994. Currently, the company’s sales network includes over 100 full-service stations and express fueling stations across Estonia, employing nearly 800 people.
