C&C in Italy is one of Apple Premium’s largest retail network operators in Europe, and it has now acquired iDeal LT, which is a retailer of Apple products in Lithuania.
The new iDeal CEO, Lukas Vasiliauskas, told BNS that C&C purchased 100% of shares in iDeal LT, but he declined to say how much was paid for them.
C&C said in a statement that the acquisition of iDeal adds seven new stores to its retail network, with 130 shops across eight European countries being offered at this time.
iDeal began operations in Lithuania in 1997 and adopted the Apple Premium Reseller store concept in 2007.
The company’s net profits fell by 10% in 2024 from EUR 1.02 million a year before. Revenues edged down by 2% to EUR 49.8 million.
