GetJet Airlines, a Lithuanian charter and aircraft leasing company under GetJet Aviation Holdings, has announced a leadership transition. Effective March 12, 2025, Inga Duglas will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Rūta Kulvinskaitė, who has led the company for the past four years.
Bringing over 15 years of aviation experience, Inga Duglas joins GetJet Airlines from Magnetic Group, where she served as Chief Commercial Officer for the last four years. I. Duglas is also the Chairwoman of the Board at the Civil Aviation Association (CAVIA) of Lithuania.

In the coming period, I. Duglas will focus on enhancing GetJet Airlines’ operational efficiency, particularly in aircraft acquisition and maintenance. She will also focus on the company’s vertical growth by enhancing in-house capabilities and expanding the portfolio of technical services.
Darius Viltrakis, CEO of GetJet Aviation Holdings, remarked: “Duglas’ extensive experience and strategic vision align with GetJet Airlines’ long-term objectives, particularly in advancing vertical growth through asset management, technical services, and related business areas.”

Duglas acknowledged the opportunity, stating: “I am confident that my experience and GetJet Airlines’ growth ambitions complement each other perfectly. I see great potential in further expanding our service portfolio, which will not only contribute to strengthening the company’s self-sufficiency but also increase its competitiveness. I look forward to working with the team to achieve sustainable growth, deliver top-tier services to our clients, and contribute to the overall success of the airline.”
The leadership transition marks a strategic shift as GetJet Airlines moves into its next phase of development. The leadership change was made by mutual agreement as the company sets its sights on ambitious goals and a new stage of growth. Under her guidance, GetJet Airlines has strengthened its market position and navigated the company through industry challenges, reinforcing our company’s stability,” said Viltrakis.
