A creative services export platform, “Neverending,” is being established in Riga with the aim of strengthening the international competitiveness of Latvia’s creative industries and positioning Riga as a Baltic hub for the export of creative services. The core of the platform will consist of five Latvian agencies — “McCANN Riga,” “White Label,” “Overpriced,” “GOLIN Riga,” and “MOOZ” — combining their expertise in strategy, branding, design, communication, digital solutions, and marketing campaigns to export these services to international markets.
The company “Neverending” plans to invest five million euros in its development over the next three years, also bringing additional outstanding Latvian agencies and talents into the export platform, doubling the team’s capacity to deliver international projects and increasing export performance. Representative offices are also being established in five countries to ensure a closer presence in European capitals.
Already, the “Neverending” team includes more than 90 creative and communication professionals. In recent years, the group’s agencies have implemented projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including in China, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, and France. In 2024, the group’s revenue reached 12 million euros, of which 25% came from international projects. In recent years, the group’s creative services exports have grown by 40%, and last year the teams delivered 26 projects in 8 foreign countries. “Neverending” aims to increase the share of international projects to 50% of the group’s revenue within two years.
“Latvia has world-class creative talent, but until now it has often been exported in a fragmented way, and many young professionals have gone to work abroad. The goal of ‘Neverending’ is to create a platform that enables Latvian creative teams to compete systematically in the global market, while also attracting international projects to Latvia. For local clients, this development direction will ensure increasingly high-quality, internationally competitive marketing services,” says Kristaps Siliņš, managing partner of “Neverending” and brand strategist.
Latvia’s service economy continues to develop, and according to data from the UN and the International Trade Centre, creative industries already account for more than 6% of global value added worldwide, forming a significant part of the services sector. Forecasts indicate that by 2030, the importance of creative industries may grow even more rapidly. So far, this export potential has not been fully utilized in Latvia, as the market is too fragmented and investment in the industry has been insufficient.
Meanwhile, Ieva Jāgere, Director of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, comments:
“Latvia’s creative industries are increasingly demonstrating their ability to compete in international markets. Initiatives that combine talent, strategic thinking, and business ambition help build stronger export-capable services and strengthen Latvia’s position in the global creative services market. The development of the ‘Neverending’ platform is a good example of how collaboration between several strong teams can create a new scale for the export of Latvian creative services while simultaneously attracting international projects to Latvia.”
“Neverending” invites Latvian creative talents to join the initiative to strengthen Latvia’s place on the global creative map, and also encourages Latvian exporting companies to collaborate with the group’s agencies to develop their brands in international markets through strong strategy, branding, and communication.
The heads of the agencies within the “Neverending” group are Madara Gore-Bērziņa (“McCANN Riga”), Dāvis Sakne (“GOLIN Riga”), Aigars Mamis (“Overpriced”), Linda Lēvenšteine (“MOOZ”), and Rolands Puhovs (“White Label”).
