Ukrainian startup to build explosives plant in Lithuania

A Ukrainian company will build an RDX explosive plants in Lithuania, the Lithuanian Ministry for Economics and Innovation announced on Wednesday.

The ministry said that it has already signed a letter of intent with the Ukrainian company.  In a news release, it added that construction is expected to begin next year.  The specific Ukrainian company was not named in the release.
