During November 2024, the number of flats available for sale in Riga declined by 6% in comparison to the month before, the Arco Real Estate company has announced in its latest housing market review.
The number of such flats in Riga’s largest neighbourhoods declined by 7% month-on-month.
The overall supply of flats for sale declined by 4% in November in comparison to the same month in 2023, while the supply of flats in the largest residential neighbourhoods remained unchanged.
The largest supply of flats in November this year was in the Riga neighbourhood of Purvciems, while the lowest number was in Bolderaja.
During the past month, the number of flats for sale decreased in almost all of Riga’s largest neighbourhoods – by 13% in Mezciems, even though the supply of flats in the Teika neighbourhood rose by 18% in November.
