SOFTSWISS, a technology company with development centres in Warsaw and Poznan, is launching Tech Race Summit on 10 September 2026 in Warsaw. The new high-load technology conference is dedicated to addressing the engineering and infrastructure challenges of operating systems at scale. The event will bring together technology leaders from the high-load sectors, with confirmed speakers including representatives from Amazon, Gcore, and Fastly.
The summit responds to a growing gap in the conference landscape. Operating technology at high load is a distinct engineering discipline – one that demands different architectural thinking, failure models, and tradeoffs than conventional software development. Despite the abundance of general-purpose tech events, dedicated high-load forums in Europe remain either niche or secondary to broader Data and AI agendas. Tech Race Summit is set to become a cross-industry platform in Western Europe where high-scale complexity is the baseline.
The summit is built around cross-industry panel discussions. These sessions place knowledge exchange at the centre of the agenda, bringing together specialists from industries such as fintech, cybersecurity, cloud, and others. By exploring shared challenges from different perspectives, the discussions ignite practical insight-sharing across sectors.
“High-load technology has grown to a level of complexity that demands its own conversation – and its own community,” said Sergey Kastukevich, Chief Technology Officer at SOFTSWISS. “What we kept hearing from CTOs, engineers, and tech leaders was that they wanted a space to go deep: real architecture discussions, honest post-mortems, hard-won knowledge from people solving similar problems at scale. That space didn’t exist, so we built it”.
The summit will feature three tracks – the Main Track, the Engineering Track, and the VIP Track – scaling from open keynotes and panels down to small-group roundtables and exclusive sessions for decision-makers. Sessions span high-load systems architecture, AI implementation at scale, cybersecurity, cloud and edge infrastructure, platform strategy, and the technology decisions that are shaping today’s world.
The early bird tickets are available now at the Tech Race website.
