Signet Bank has granted a EUR 4 million loan to LED lighting solutions manufacturer Vizulo to develop energy-efficient and sustainable lighting solutions and strengthen the company’s competitiveness in international markets, Signet Bank informed LETA.
Vizulo specializes in the production of energy-efficient LED lights, offering solutions for street, commercial, industrial and architectural lighting. Vizulo currently employs 160 people and its lighting solutions are sold in 47 countries.
The funds raised will allow Vizulo to continue investing in the development and launch of new products in segments of strategic importance to the company, such as urban design lighting, as well as industrial lighting for airports, ports and sports infrastructure. In recent years Vizulo has been working on the development of outdoor design products and plans to launch several new products in this series in 2026.
In the industrial outdoor lighting segment, Vizulo’s solutions have already gained international recognition and have been installed in several airports around the world. One of the most current projects is currently in Australia, at the newly built West Sydney Airport.
According to Firmas.lv, Vizulo had a turnover of EUR 14.708 million and a profit of EUR 287,805 in 2024. The company was registered in 2012 and has a share capital of EUR 550,000.
Vizulo is wholly owned by Vizulo Group, which is owned by Aurum Assets (66.67 percent), Marcis Martinsons (19 percent) and MM21 (14.33 percent).
Signet Bank made a profit of EUR 5,473 million in 2024.
Signet Bank’s shareholders are several Latvian and international private investors, including Signet Acquisition III (18.84 percent), whose sole shareholder is US investor Aleksandrs Solovejs, Reglink (14 percent), a company founded by Irina Pigozne, and RIT Group (14 percent), a Latvian company owned by the Rapoports family.
