LSREF3 Riga Plaza, the owner of the Riga Plaza shopping mall, ended 2024 with EUR 12.821 million in turnover, which was a 6% increase against the year before. The company’s profits grew sixfold to EUR 5.243 million, according to data from Firmas.lv.
In its annual report, the company described last year’s profits as a good result.
The report also says that the company plans to attract new tenants to the mall in 2025, as well as to improve the efficiency of internal processes.
In 2023, LSREF Riga Plaza had a profit of EUR 873, 459 on revenues of EUR 12.095 million.
LSREF 3 Riga Plaza was registered in 2016 with share capital of EUR 5,504,800, and it belongs to Loft Office. An indirect owner is the Baltic real estate investment holding company Summus Capital, and the beneficial owner is Israeli Boris Skvortsov.
As has been reported in the past, Summus Capital and investor Ivar Vendelin acquired the Riga Plaza shopping centre in December 2020.
The mall opened in 2009 with more than 50,000 square metres in leasable areas, as well as more than 170 tenants. The shopping centre is located in Mukusalas Street in Riga near the Salu Bridge.
