Real estate developer Linstow Baltic has completed the Satekles Business Centre, a 13,500-square-meter A-class office complex in Riga, built at a cost of EUR 36 million, the company informed LETA.
Linstow Baltic CEO Frode Grønvold remarked that the Satekles Business Centre marks the next stage in the neighborhood’s revitalization project, which aims to foster a sustainable and competitive business environment.
The office complex consists of three interconnected buildings, including one that is part of the city’s cultural and historical heritage. The project thus blends modern workplace solutions with heritage preservation in a balanced and thoughtful manner.
According to the company, the main building has been leased to SEB Banka, while 2,200 square meters remain available for future tenants in the other buildings.
The Satekles Business Centre is located in the block bordered by Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Dzirnavu, and Satekles Streets.
In 2024, Linstow Baltic posted a turnover of EUR 4.646 million, up 26.6 percent from 2023, and a profit of EUR 342,438, representing a 30.6 percent year-on-year increase.
