Estonian real estate developer Hepsor will invest EUR 15 million in the construction of a 13-storey residential building, 360° Dzelzavas Residences, on Dzelzavas Street in the Purvciems neighborhood, Hepsor informed LETA.
The project will be implemented in cooperation with Estonian real estate developer Perton Ehitus, while the general contractor will be Mitt&Perlebach. The building is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2026.
The development will feature 103 apartments ranging in size from 38 to 125 square meters.
The new building will also offer 76 covered and surface parking spaces, with infrastructure prepared for electric vehicle charging stations. It will have A+ class energy efficiency, shared common areas, children’s playgrounds, a sports area, landscaped surroundings, and a rooftop terrace for residents. The ground floor will include 54 storage units, along with dedicated spaces for bicycle racks and baby carriages.
Hepsor was founded in Estonia in 2011 and has since completed several residential and commercial real estate projects. The company began operations in Latvia at the end of 2017. In cooperation with Mitt&Perlebach, Hepsor is currently developing several residential projects in the country.
In 2024, Hepsor in Latvia recorded a turnover of EUR 1.491 million and a profit of EUR 288,602, according to Firmas.lv. The company, registered in 2017 with a share capital of EUR 500,000, is owned by the Estonian firm Hepsor Latvia.
