The start of the 2025/2026 winter flight schedule marks a new travel season for Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), coinciding with the time change on Sunday, 26 October 2025. This season, BER expands its network with new destinations and optimized connections, offering passengers even more choice for winter travel. In total, 70 airlines will operate flights to 130 destinations across 50 countries. The new schedule includes a wide range of options for spontaneous weekend trips, winter sports adventures, and sunny getaways to southern destinations. The most popular travel markets from BER remain Spain, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Italy, and Switzerland.
New Routes and Expansions in the 2025/2026 Winter Schedule
Condor is significantly increasing its operations from BER, now offering five daily flights—35 per week in total—from the capital’s airport. Beginning 3 November, the airline will operate three daily flights to Frankfurt am Main, with an additional midday service. Condor also introduces daily flights from BER to Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Hurghada (Egypt).
Croatia Airlines launches its first-ever direct flights between BER and Zagreb this winter. The modern Airbus A220 aircraft will connect the German and Croatian capitals every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
easyJet continues to expand its network from BER, adding two new routes. Starting 27 October, the airline will fly twice weekly—on Mondays and Fridays—to Seville in southern Spain. On 7 November, a new connection to London Southend will be introduced, also operating twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
Eurowings adds a new long-haul destination: Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, served three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays beginning 3 November. The airline is also expanding its service to Dubai, offering daily flights to Dubai International Airport (DXB) from 26 October and four weekly flights to Dubai World Central (DWC) from 4 November. In addition, Eurowings introduces flights to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, as well as two contrasting seasonal routes: sunny Marsa Alam in Egypt (once weekly on Sundays from 9 November) and snowy Kittilä in Finland (between 31 January and 21 March 2026).
flynas resumes flights to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, operating non-stop three times a week—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays—connecting Berlin directly with the Red Sea coast.
Since 16 October, SKY express has been operating four weekly flights from BER to Athens on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Through Athens, the airline provides extensive domestic connections across Greece, linking passengers to nearly all regions and islands.
Royal Jordanian strengthens its service to Amman, now operating four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Transavia France expands its winter routes from BER with two new Moroccan destinations. Since 26 October, the airline has been flying to Marrakesh twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays, and from 30 October, Agadir will also be served twice weekly on Thursdays and Saturdays. Transavia France will continue to fly to Nantes twice a week on Mondays and Fridays and maintain several daily flights to Paris-Orly Airport.
Wizz Air launches a new route to Bucharest, Romania, with up to five weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, adding an additional Wednesday service in the coming weeks. The airline also increases frequencies on several existing routes: flights to Varna, Bulgaria, will rise to four per week (two more than before); Chişinău, Moldova, will see four weekly flights initially and five from 16 December; and Tirana, Albania, will be served six to seven times weekly, with one to two additional flights each week. Overall, Wizz Air will operate 33% more flights this winter, offering 44% more seats thanks to the introduction of larger and more modern A321neo aircraft. Looking ahead, Wizz Air has already announced two new destinations for the upcoming summer schedule: Bratislava and Tuzla, starting March 2026.
