The departure airport for repatriation flights operated by Latvian national airline airBaltic, scheduled for Friday with departure times from Dubai at 17:50 and 18:50 Dubai time, has been changed from Dubai International Airport to Al Maktoum International Airport.
airBaltic notes that all affected passengers will receive a text message with individual information about the changes and further actions to be taken. The airline urges passengers to carefully follow the information they receive.
LETA has already reported that airBaltic is planning to operate two repatriation flights from Dubai to Riga on Friday.
At the same time, the airline previously emphasized that airBaltic is ready to act quickly, including adjusting the flight schedule and operating additional flights if necessary.
The company also announced that flights from Dubai to Riga are planned with a technical stop in Heraklion, Greece. A total of 145 seats are planned for both flights.
