Tech Race Summit, the number one cross-industry, high-level technology summit organised by SOFTSWISS, continues to expand its programme with speakers from some of the world’s most recognised technology companies. Joining the line-up on 10 September in Warsaw are Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, and Mikita Mikado, Co-founder of PandaDoc, a unicorn document management platform. Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, will present Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla. His session will explore how one of the world’s best-known technology companies builds teams capable of delivering products at speed while maintaining quality and innovation. The discussion offers practical insights for technology leaders responsible for building high-performing organisations and bringing ambitious ideas to market.
Joining him is Mikita Mikado, Co-founder of PandaDoc, the unicorn document management platform. In his keynote, Building for the Next Silicon Valley Businesses, Mikado will share lessons from building a global software company from Eastern Europe into an internationally recognised business. His experience in scaling products, attracting talent, and growing internationally reflects the ambitions shared by many fast-growing technology companies.
