Tech Race Summit 2026 brought 1,500 professionals to Warsaw on 10 September, connecting technology leaders, engineers, and business decision-makers with experts behind systems and products used at global scale. Organised by SOFTSWISS, the event sold out three weeks in advance, giving attendees direct access to tested technology cases, engineering expertise, and discussions around the decisions shaping digital businesses today.
The summit gathered professionals from technology, digital entertainment, and other high-load industries, with more than 40 speakers across three stages: Vision, Solution, and Experiment. 17 partners also joined the event, creating a meeting point for companies and experts working on AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product development, and high-load systems.
Technology Lessons from Tesla, Shazam, and High-Load Digital Businesses
The programme connected strategic technology questions with cases already tested by global technology companies and digital entertainment businesses.
Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, shared his experience of building teams with stronger ownership and accountability in “Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla.” Dhiraj Mukherjee, Co-Founder of Shazam, examined leadership through major shifts in technology in “From Shazam to Generative AI: Why the Biggest Technology Shifts Always Look Impossible.”
Igor Borzunov, CTO at Maincard, presented “From 3 AM Pages to 30 Seconds: Building an Autonomous AI Ops Agent.” He showed how his team used an autonomous AI operations agent to bring incident reaction time down to 30 seconds.
Alexander Krivetsky, CTO at BGaming, presented “AI-powered Fraud Detection System: From Idea to Production in Just 3 Months.” The case explored the practical work behind moving an AI-based fraud detection system from an initial idea to production within three months.
Experts from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Google, Gcore, Fastly, ScyllaDB, Coralogix, and other technology companies added perspectives from cloud computing, internet infrastructure, data, security, and AI. Their sessions addressed production AI, observability, performance marketing, real-time systems, and the infrastructure needed to support digital products at scale.
The exchange continued away from the stages. Technology leaders, engineers, business decision-makers, and partners used the summit to compare approaches, discuss shared challenges, and build connections across companies and industries.
SOFTSWISS Showed Its Approach to AI-Assisted Development
SOFTSWISS also used Tech Race Summit 2026 to show how the company applies AI within its own software development processes.
In “From Idea to Verified Change: Rethinking the SDLC with AI,” Illia Slepau, Software Architect at SOFTSWISS, presented the company’s internal Orchestrator, which coordinates AI agents across the development process while keeping validation and approval with human teams. The approach helps technology teams spend less time coordinating AI-generated work while retaining control over code quality. For the business, this can shorten the path from an idea to a verified software change.

Tech Race Summit to Return to Warsaw in 2027
Tech Race Summit was created to bring technology leaders from different industries into the same conversation. Its first edition connected experience from digital entertainment with expertise from companies working on AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, high-load systems, and global digital products.
Following the sold-out 2026 edition, Tech Race Summit will return to Warsaw in 2027.
