For the second year in a row, Vinnova has been named the winner of the Health Index 2026 in the Key Figures Institute’s annual survey of working conditions. Vinnova also has the highest results in Attractive employers index within the government organisations and government agencies industry.

The awards are based on data from 2025, which includes the working conditions of over 800,000 employees at approximately 400 organisations and companies.

Sweden’s best health index for the second year running

Vinnova has once again taken home first place in the Health Index in the Key Figures Institute’s annual employer survey. The Health Index is based on a quantitative survey of the organisation’s health and work environment work. The index measures, among other things, health rates, rehabilitation results, wellness care and systematic work environment work.

Best in the industry for attractive working conditions

At the same time, Vinnova has the highest results in Attraktiv Arbetsgivarindex within the industry of government organisations and authorities. Attraktiv Arbetsgivarindex is a quantitative survey of working conditions, work environment and development opportunities. The index is based on key figures linked to working conditions, such as secure employment conditions, staff turnover, manager density, skills development and sick leave.
