Ryanair to launch Kaunas-Belfast flights in fall

Ireland’s budget airline Ryanair is set to launch regular flights between Lithuania’s second-biggest city of Kaunas and Northern Ireland’s capital of Belfast next winter season, Lietuvos Oro Uostai (Lithuanian Airports, LTOU) said on Tuesday.

Based on information from Ryanair’s official website, the airline plans to operate the service twice a week – on Wednesdays and Sundays – from late October this year until the end of March 2025, the airport operator said in a press release.

“This new route will be particularly convenient and important for the Lithuanian community in Northern Ireland,” it said.
