Lauris Špillers, Board Member of SIA “Alpha Baltic Media”

SIA “Alpha Baltic Media”, operating under the brand name “Alpha”, continues on its growth trajectory. In 2025, the company’s net turnover increased by 28.2% to €3,413,306, while profit rose by 21.2% to €137,401. The company’s total balance sheet value exceeded €630,000 for the first time. Behind these figures stands a broad public sector portfolio and international recognition across Europe, according to the company’s latest annual report.

At the same time, the company’s equity capital reached €590,630 by the end of 2025, while long-term investments increased from €156,828 to €316,521.

During the past year, the communications agency “Alpha” significantly expanded its public sector project portfolio. In 2025, the agency successfully completed 16 public procurement contracts in government and public sector communications, with a total contract value of approximately €380,000. In addition, implementation of another 19 procurement contracts is ongoing, with a total value of approximately €1.35 million.

Among the most significant completed projects were communication activities for the Society Integration Foundation, the Central Statistical Bureau, the Patent Office, the State Joint Stock Company “Road Transport Administration,” and the State Joint Stock Company “Road Traffic Safety Directorate,” implementing public awareness, reputation management, and educational campaigns on issues of national importance.

“This year confirmed that the path we have chosen is the right one – combining strategic thinking, creative execution, and measurable results,” emphasizes Lauris Špillers, Board Member of SIA “Alpha Baltic Media”.

Alongside commercial success, the agency also received international professional recognition. “Alpha” was nominated for the prestigious Epica Awards 2025 in the Public Interest – Health & Safety category for the social campaign “Never Alone!” implemented in Lithuania, which drew public attention to child safety issues.

The agency also achieved a double victory at the European Agency Awards 2025, winning in the categories “Best PR Campaign” and “Best Integrated Campaign.”

“Public sector procurement projects are a unique challenge – they require not only creativity but also a very high level of professional responsibility, understanding of public administration processes, and the ability to work with sensitive and socially significant issues. The fact that we are entrusted with both long-term projects and new communication assignments demonstrates the agency’s competitiveness and clients’ trust across the Baltic region,” says L. Špillers.

The international recognition — an Epica Awards nomination and two European Agency Awards — demonstrates that the Baltic communications industry is capable of creating ideas with genuine human value and impact at a European level.

“We believe that the main purpose of modern communication is not only to generate publicity but also to help explain complex issues, strengthen public trust, and create real social impact. I am grateful to our team, clients, and partners — these results are our shared achievement. Last year we also invested in the company’s technological development, digital solutions, and team competencies, allowing us to work on increasingly complex communication projects both in Latvia and internationally. It is especially symbolic that we are achieving these results in the year we celebrate the agency’s 30th anniversary. This is a story of long-term trust, a professional team, and the ability to evolve with the times,” adds L. Špillers.

Meanwhile, SIA “Alpha Baltic Media’s” parent company in Estonia — OÜ “AlphaAgency” — received the “Strongest in Estonia 2025” certificate from Creditinfo Eesti, with an AA credit rating, awarded to only 7.6% of companies in Estonia.
