Tour operator Join Up Baltic Ltd. increased its turnover by 15% to EUR 82.4 million and reached EUR 3.25 million profit in 2024. The company organised trips for more than 100,000 clients in the Baltic States.
“Last year’s good results prove the effectiveness of our long-term strategic approach – we listen to travellers’ needs, flexibly adapt to market trends and purposefully innovate both in travel services and customer service,” says Aurimas Janušauskas, CEO of Join UP! Baltic. “The development of digital tools, the introduction of a loyalty programme, the opening of in-person travel shops and the launch of new routes and destinations are the basis for our steady growth.”
“Our financial results reflect our team’s commitment to sustainable growth, building a strong foundation for long-term success,” comments Sabina Saikovskaja, who successfully led Join UP! Baltic until the beginning of 2025, when she was promoted to Regional Director for Poland and the Baltics of tour operator Join UP!™.
In autumn 2024, the company opened two in-person travel shops in Riga, Domina Shopping, and Vilnius, OZAS, which had a positive impact on the company’s growth. This year, Join UP! Baltic plans to open new travel shops in Lithuania and Estonia.
Last year, the tour operator offered trips to Egypt, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Greece, Montenegro, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Cyprus and Tenerife.
To ensure further development of the company, the range of destinations will be expanded in 2025 with the launch of the first direct flights from Palanga Airport to Turkey and Egypt, and the development of the Balkan countries will be strengthened with trips to Albania, Bulgaria and Montenegro.
In Latvia, Join Up Baltic Ltd. was the largest company in the tourism sector by turnover in both 2022 and 2023, according to the data compiled by “Dienas Bizness” special edition “TOP 500”.
The international tourism brand Join UP!™ operates in nine countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Moldova and Kazakhstan. Join UP!™ offers more than 40 destinations internationally, including Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Montenegro, Albania, Bulgaria, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Dominican Republic and UAE.
Until the beginning of the 2025 Join UP! Baltic was lead by Sabina Saikovskaja, who now is as Regional Director for Poland and the Baltics of tour operator Join UP!™. Aurimas Janušauskas leads the company since January 2025.
