Summus Capital is an Estonian real estate investment group which manages the Park Town office complex and the Nordika shopping centre in Lithuania, and it has now acquired a business centre in Lodz, Poland, for EUR 32.5 million.
The React complex in Poland’s third city was bought from Echo Investment React under conditional terms, Summus announced on Thursday.
Board member Hannes Pihl says that the company bought the building because of its excellent quality and its long-term tenant such as Poland’s Pekao Bank.
Summus Capital invests in commercial real estate projects in all three Baltic States, and it is currently expanding its portfolio elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe.
